Abstract

Visual dramaturgy or a transdisciplinary cartography, is an article that explores the boundaries between different disciplinary fields of the arts, in search of developing strategies to link languages, codes, tools and registers; based on a research / creation work. The writing process for the article arises from a concrete need: to go beyond a dramaturgy that is usually governed by its textual enunciation. It is from the previous premise, that the investigation was assumed as a trip, a drift that allowed to transcend borders in search of incorporating a greater visuality in a theatrical text, this from components such as documentary photography, illustration, art-object, public space and others; in short: a symbiosis to fertilize the visual universe of contemporary dramaturgy. Finally, this article proposes the construction of creative synergies, both for the Scenic Artist and for the Visual Artist.
